Clubhouse Extension, And Remodelling Of The First Hole To Expand Leisure Offering

Architecture 1B was appointed to improve the facilities and expand the leisure offering of an existing Golf Course through the remodelling of the first hole, changing the ground profile to accommodate the construction of 10no. five-a-side floodlit all weather football pitches, a chipping green, and a mini golf area, together with a restaurant conversion and the construction of two extensions to the existing club house, providing an office, reception, changing facilities and a golf pro-shop. In addition, the existing site required environment improvement works, revised car park layout and pedestrian access improvements.
