Architecture 1B converted and extended a 15 year vacant former large Victorian residence located in a desirable part of Leeds next to Roundhay Park into a private state-of-the-art children’s nursery.

The conversion retained all historical Victorian components, while successfully bringing the historical structure into meaningful re-use with extensive renovation works, all to an extremely high specification, and contemporary basement level extension to the rear.

Since opening the nursery has received critical acclaim by winning Leeds Architect Award 2016, People’s Choice Award for best Conserved/Altered Building.
