Community Business Incubator In Grade 2 Listed Former School

Commissioned by Camberwell Ltd for a £3m refurbishment of a grade 2 listed school in Harehills, Leed, for a community incubator, a high growth incubation space, start-up offices, conference space, a restaurant, a credit union, a crèche and plenty of full service features. The project has been designed to realise a benefit for disadvantaged groups in the area, by drawing inward investment to the area and operate as a hub of activity for new and existing streams of support. My role was to liases with the client post completion to produce as-built drawings that could be used as layouts to indicate areas for rentable rooms, to be used in marketing and sales.
